What You’ll Accomplish

Our Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for members of our Executive Leadership Team, including our CEO, CFO, CPO, and Vice President of Legal. The Senior EA will directly supervise an Executive Administrative Assistant and will act as an ambassador for our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to Wellies across the world each day. This position is based out of our Burlington office five days a week and will report directly to the CEO.

Core Responsibilities

  • Calendar management
  • Travel planning
  • Event planning and execution
  • Board meeting planning and liaison
  • Manage purchase orders, invoice receipt and submittals, and expense reports
  • Respond to inquiries from both internal and external parties in a timely fashion
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Represent Wellness Pet and the Executive Leadership Team professionally

For this specific role, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed administrative professional to join our team. This position requires great time management, a high level of attention to detail, a polished personal presentation, and proven follow-through. In addition, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED (an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred)
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in an executive support role
  • Amazing written communication skills – able to draft and edit communications
  • Microsoft Outlook power user
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills – can create and edit slides
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams or a similar messaging and file management platform
  • Experience with Concur expense management software
  • A proven ability to hold confidentiality
  • Prior people management experience
  • The ability to organize and prioritize information and tasks
  • Adeptness at managing changing priorities and communicating on the fly
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach
  • Grace and presence
  • A consummate team player mindset
