Our Team is based out of our office in Burlington, Massachusetts, where we work in-office Monday through Thursday each week, and remotely on Fridays. Team members must reside within a commutable distance from our Burlington office.
*This is a 25 hour a week, 3-month contract role*
The Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal standards, and business objectives. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties to support contractual agreements that drive the organization’s success while mitigating risk.

The hourly salary range for this position is $70-$75 an hour, based on a part-time, 25-hour work week, anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational equity. Compensation may vary within that pay range depending on the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The full compensation details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
